The Namibia Customer Care and Effective Service Delivery Conference (NCCSDC) was established as an evolution of the annual Customer Experience and Service Delivery Conference organised by Tulip Media Consultancy. Building on the success of previous editions, the NCCSDC was introduced to provide a broader platform for advancing discussions on customer care, service excellence, and effective service delivery across various sectors in Namibia. The inaugural NCCSDC took place from 25–26 June 2026 in Windhoek, Namibia.
